Norway 2022

Ski holidays in Nurefjell. From the mountains to the fjords.

Just 90 minutes from Oslo and you’re in the Nurefjel mountains, where the scenic nature and majestic views await you. In winter, you can go skiing or snowboarding on the slopes going straight down to the ice-challenged lake, a holiday suitable for families with children as well as for dashing skiers.

Did you know that one of the largest ski resorts in Norway is only an hour and a half drive from Oslo?  The Nurefjel mountain range is located just 90 minutes from the Norwegian capital Oslo. However, when you get here, the city noise is only in your memories and is replaced by the silence and fresh mountain air.
In winter, Nurefjell is a paradise for skiers. Whether you prefer classical alpine skiing, telemark, snowboarding or backcountry skiing, you can do it all here. From the top, which is 1188 metres high, you will ski directly to Lake Kröderen, 130 metres above sea level.
Or do like the Norwegians: on a sunny day, stock up on oranges, chocolates and a hot drink (the locals love hot blackcurrant toddies) and go cross-country skiing. The local species are breathtaking!

The ski resort of Nurefjell has the largest height difference of 1010 metres in Northern Europe. Whether you are a specialist or a beginner, with 14 lifts and 30 slopes and tracks, you will surely enjoy fantastic skiing. Nurefjell also has fun activities and a great experience for the whole family. Ski hire shops and shops are equipped with high quality equipment, and the ski school helps skiers of all ages and abilities to improve their skills. And when you need to recharge your energy, you can ski up to one of the six restaurants in the resort of Nurefjell.

If you’re interested in local culture, take a ride along Norway’s longest historical railway line, admire architecture, visit museums or get to know the local and exotic fauna at Bjørneparken Wildlife Park. From St. Petersburg, it’s easy to get to Nurefjell.
